Technological process introduction

 1Rice bran extrusion flow chart:

2. Main process description:

Cleaning process:

Adopt the magnetic separator to remove iron miscellaneous, and use rice bran and fine broken rice separation sieve to remove broken rice,fine broken rice etc.

Extrusion process:                         

  Adopting the bulking machine can both improve the yield of rice bran oil and reduce the consumption. The extrusion puffing, on the one hand, can make solution lipase in the rice bran passivated under high temperature and high pressure condition,then prevent the rice bran oil rancidity; On the other hand, the extrusion puffing can make rice bran be porous mateial grain, and increases the materials bulk density, then improve the permeability and leaching rate which solvent reacts to the material.

     Drying process:

The puffed rice bran contains about 12% water, and the best moisture for leaching process is 7-9%, therefore, there must be effective drying means to achieve the best leaching moisture. Adopting flat dryer can make water and temperature meet with follow-up process requirements, and improve the oil yield, as well as oil quality.


3.Process feature:

a)  Different combinations of process can process various oil plants in one workshop.

b)Use special intensified pretreatment technology for aroma peanut oil to make it more aroma.

c) Adopt advanced and reliable shelling technology to meet higher requirements for protein content in meal.

d) Extrusion treatment is used for raw materials with hard extraction, large-sized powder, and large capacity, which can reduce residual oil and solvent consumption, and increase the capacity by 50-80%.

e) The new technology of shelling and low-temperature treatment can ensure high protein and least denaturation.

                            Solvent recovery

a) Adopt stainless steel fixed grid plate and increase the horizontal grid plates, which can prevent the strong miscella from flowing back to the blanking case, so as to ensure good extraction effect;

b) The rotocel extractor is driven by rack, with unique rotor of balanced design, low rotating speed, low power, smooth operation, no noise and quite low maintenance cost;

c) The feeding system can adjust the rotating speed of airlock and main engine according to the feeding quantity and maintain a certain material level, which is beneficial to the micro negative pressure inside the extractor and reduce the solvent leakage.

d) The advanced miscella circulation process is designed to reduce the fresh solvent inputs, reduce the residual oil in meal, improve the miscella concentration and save energy by reducing the evaporation capacity.

e) The high material layer of the extractor helps to form immersion extraction, reduce the meal quality in miscella, improve the quality of crude oil and reduce the evaporation system scaling.

f) Specially suitable for the extraction of various pre-pressed meals.

Wet Meal Desolventizing Process

Desolventizer toaster advantages:

a) Passivate and damage the anti-nutritional components such as the urea enzyme and trypsin in the meal, and improve meal value in use.

b) Control the protein denaturation degree in the meal , and improve the NSI index effectively.

c) It can better regulate the color, flavor and taste of the meal.

d) It can better reduce residual solvent in the meal and regulate the meal moisture, so as to guarantee the minimum solvent consumption and safe use of the meal.

Negative pressure evaporation process

The liquid from the extractor is the miscella containing grease and oil, which can be separated out according their different vaporization temperatures. Our company mainly uses vacuum evaporation technology, and it can reduce solvent leakage and consumption. The separated solvent vapour is cooled and recycled back to the extractor for reuse, which can improve the solvent efficiency.

Vacuum Evaporation Advantages:

a) Vacuum evaporation features high efficiency, thorough de-solvation and low solvent consumption in crude oil.

b) Use the second steam of desolventizer toaster and remaining steam from steam jet pump as the heat source of the first steam, which can save energy, reduce the condenser configuration area and save investment.

c) Due to the low temperature of the steam, the crude oil features light color, good quality and low residual solvent.

Solvent condensation & recovery process

Solvent condensation system combines with evaporation system closely, and evaporative condenser and steam stripping condenser all work under negative pressure. Non-condensable gas enters the energy saver from the shell of the first evaporator. In energy saver, non-condensable gas exchanges heat with condensate from the evaporative condenser. Finally, the condensate temperature discharged from energy saver is increased, and the solvent separated from water goes to solvent holding tank. The high temperature makes it unnecessary to be reheated for the recycling, so as to save energy.  

Non-condensable gas from energy saver enters desolventizing condenser, in which a great deal of gas is condensed, and the tail gas is discharged into the final condenser. The solvent gas from the extractor enters extraction condenser, and the non-condensable tail gas enters the final condenser. For the free gas in final condenser, diversion box, holding tank, underground solvent library and miscella tank, cool them with low-temperature cold water to recycle most of solvent gas. The tail gas with little solvent goes to paraffin recovery process.

Oil Refining Plant Introduction

Brief introduction for the equipment:

Refining pot: also named Dephosphorization and deacidification tank, under 60-70, it occurs acid-base neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide. After stirring by reduction box,it can decrease the acid value in oil and separate the impurity, phospholipid which will enter into soap stock. The oil can be refined further.

Bleaching pot (decoloring pot): Also named bleaching and dewatering pot, it removes water from oil by vacuum. The bleaching earth is breathed into bleaching pot, after stirring,filtrated by filter and change the color of the oil.

Vertical blade filter machine: Equipped with vertical leaf filter to remove used bentonite from the oil, operating conveniently and continuously, low laboring tense, keeps environment well, keeps oil residence in deposable bleaching earth in low level. 

Deodorization potIt uses USU 304 stainless steel plate, under the vacuum condition of vacuum and high temperature (220-240, The deodorization system can remove fatty acid and other  rare delicacy high efficiently .make Meanwhile, the pot has the advantage of lowering steam consuming and avoid of the hydrolyzation of oil

Rice bran oil winterization technology introduction

Rice Bran Oil winterization process work under slowly stirring and cool the oil to certain temperature in fixed time (technical security), and make waxy formed bigger crystallization,then separation exhalation,after filtering ,it separates the fluid oil and solid fat .After fractionation ,the oil will be clean after 5.5 hours in 0 ℃but it also can keep the transparency and flowability in the refrigerator and improve the oil quality and appearance.

The new technical of dewaxing and degrease invented by our company has high advance technical ,stable quality.Compare with the traditional dewaxing and degrease technical of adding filter aid,the new one has characters as follows:
